USDA Releases Guidance for Rural Infrastructure Projects
U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development released today a financial assistance guide regarding Build America, Buy America requirements for projects.
Organizations receiving U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development financial assistance can use a guide the department released today to figure out whether their projects must follow Build America, Buy America requirements.
Since the USDA’s implementation waiver expired Feb. 3, all non-federal organizations that receive financial assistance for infrastructure projects must now only use iron, steel, manufactured products and construction materials manufactured in the U.S., the USDA’s news release said.
