NTIA Releases “Internet for All” Notice
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) released a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program, which details the qualifications states must meet to access funding for implementing widespread broadband access.
According to JD Supra, under the BEAD Program, each State is eligible to receive a minimum allocation of $100,000,000 for broadband planning, deployment, mapping, equity and adoption activities, with U.S. Territories eligible to receive a minimum of $25,000,000 for these activities.
