Making infrastructure investment priority would benefit N.D.

The American Society of Civil Engineers recently scored the United States a “D-minus” for the condition of our infrastructure. This matters because the consequences of failing infrastructure undermine our economic competitiveness. ACSE says if America’s infrastructure cannot compete globally, it could cost us $3.9 trillion in gross domestic product — roughly the GDP of Germany.
