DOE Announces $2 Billion for Carbon Dioxide Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation (CIFIA) Program
The U.S. Department of Energy is providing $2 billion in loans for the CIFIA program to support the buildout of CO2 infrastructure to create an interconnected carbon management ecosystem that will help the country meet net-zero greenhouse gas goals by 2050.
