Opening of ‘Centennial Bowl’ connects 215 Beltway and U.S. 95 in northwest Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KSNV News3LV) — The Nevada Department of Transportation will celebrate the opening of the “Centennial Bowl” linking U.S. 95 and the 215 Beltway in northwest Las Vegas on Wednesday. The ribbon will be cut at a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. at the new bowl, which cost $47 million to build. “The project greatly enhances traffic, mobility and motorist safety while establishing a new gateway corridor for the Centennial area,” said the Nevada Department of Transportation in a press release. “There will be light snacks, beverages, and free swag.”
