California Invests Nearly $4 Billion to Improve Train Corridors, Bridges, Roadways, and Walking and Bicycle Pathways
The California Transportation Commission (CTC) has recently allocated $3.8 billion to improve the state’s transportation infrastructure by focusing on rail upgrades, highway interchanges and bridge refurbishments. Notable projects include improvements along the LOSSAN rail corridor, freeway connections in Bakersfield, new hydrogen fueling stations, and bikeway installation in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
