Biden Administration Announces $1.5B From the IIJA For 26 Infrastructure Projects
New commitment to clean transportation investment advancement announced by the Biden-Harris Administration. The commitment will also establish a blueprint for decarbonizing transportation in the U.S.
According to Roads and Bridges, thanks to the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), funding for INFRA increased more than 50%. Over the next five years, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will provide approximately $8 billion for the INFRA program, including the $1.5 billion made available in this round of funding.
