Apple’s Manufacturer Seen Working on Electric Cars
Foxconn’s first electric car, Foxtron, was spotted being shipped for it’s unveiling.
Foxconn is best known for being the manufacturer for Apple has been working in the EV space for a few years now and has been working towards creating batteries. It is now being revealed that they are producing electric vehicles. According to Electrik, last year, it had developed a platform of open-source hardware and software for EV manufacturing and was working to develop a solid-state battery by 2024. Earlier this month, Foxconn even purchased most of Lordstown’s factory in Ohio to produce electric vehicles.
