The Board of Directors of the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency on Friday approved nearly $77.3 million worth of road projects in Lorain County. “Northeast Ohio has one of the busiest and most complete networks of roads and bridges,” said NOACA executive director Grace Gallucci. “But, while the transportation system in Northeast Ohio is generally robust, providing more options for getting around continues to be a focus.” The funds were part of NOACA’s $15.8 billion AIM Forward 2040, a 20-year, long-range transportation plan.
