2024 SS4A Awards: Planning and Demonstration Grants, by State
According to the U.S Department of Transportation, On May 17, 2024, the U.S. Department of Transportation announced 99 award selections totaling nearly $64 million for Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning and Demonstration Grants to help the nation’s cities, counties, metropolitan planning organizations, and Tribal governments better understand the safety challenges in their communities and begin to identify solutions to make our streets, roads, and highways safer for all road users.
This is the first of three FY24 announcements for the SS4A competitive grant program and includes 99 Planning and Demonstration Grants, which are listed in this document by state, from applications received by the first deadline, April 4.
